In this course, you'll learn about the concepts and processes associated with custom data in Gatekeeper and utilise them effectively in their administrative roles. We'll cover the following:

- Understanding Custom Data Groups and Fields: Learners will be able to differentiate between custom data groups and custom data fields and understand the role of each in creating and maintaining a clean data model within Gatekeeper
- Editing and Deleting Custom Data Groups and Fields: Learners will be able to edit and delete custom data groups and fields, including adding new options to dropdown lists, renaming fields, and understanding the permanent nature of deletion in Gatekeeper
- Creation of Smart Forms: Learners will be able to create new smart forms, convert existing custom tabs into smart forms, and create new custom groups and fields for Smart Forms
